Up for auction is a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback. The car has 161000 miles , but I drive it still so it may go up a little. Runs and drives great no mechanical issues at all. Only thing it needs is a sunroof switch because the button stopped working. But sunroof will work with a new switch. Great in the snow. Tires are only a year old. All documents evidencing the sale will be finally executed and consummated at the dealership premises. 3. All Prices listed will include all available factory rebates including Chrysler Capital Bonus Cash, Conquest Bonus cash, Factory Trade Assistance and Available Bonus Coupons. Incentives used in advertisement are for zip code 86004 and could change depending on what zip code vehicle is titled in per FCA Incentives. 4. All prices plus any dealer installed added equipment. 5. Buyers will be responsible for all appropriate state and local taxes, title and registration fees wherever the vehicle is to be titled and registered. 6. The final price will have a document fee of $419.50, and a $299.95 Theft-Protection Fee added, which is to be paid by the Buyer 7. Any shipping arrangements and charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 8. The purchase price can be in the form of cash, wire transfer or bank certified funds. If the purchase price is in the form of bank certified funds, then PLANET CDJR will not deliver the vehicle until it receives confirmation from its bank that the funds have been cleared. 15. Planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat reserves the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of the failure of the winning bidder to comply with the above requirements. 16.
